While the first session provides important insight and clarity, premarital counselling is most effective when experienced as a journey rather than a single conversation. For this reason, couples are strongly encouraged to commit to the full ten-session premarital counselling programme, which allows time to explore key areas in depth, strengthen communication, and intentionally prepare for marriage with care and confidence.
